When Hersheys acquired Brookside, they relaunched their most-selling product - flavoured center chocolate in India. They relaunched two distinct flavours of Californian Almonds – Guava & Mexican Chili and Blackberry.
With Tapsee Pannu being the face of their campaign, we had our work cut out for us to create complete market visibility for their launch.

SC Johnson, a renowned company in the household cleaning and repellant industry, sought us out to enhance the visibility of their flagship product, 'Baygon’. Despite Baygon being an highly effective cockroach repellent, it had some tough market competition. They faced the challenge of differentiating themselves in a competitive market and ensuring widespread consumer awareness.
With Baygon we went big - literally. Our solution involved designing attention-grabbing displays that were larger-than-life to captivate consumers and leave a lasting impression. We took a unique approach by showcasing a life-size kitchen environment, highlighting the area where the repellent is most commonly used. We also incorporated a large floor unit display of the product, that was strategically positioned to grab attention and create a strong visual impact.
Johnson & Johnson, a renowned beauty brand, recognized the immense success of their Clean & Clear Face Wash and decided to expand their product line by launching Clean & Clear Face Wipes. With a proven track record in the market, they aimed to create high visibility for the face wipes across all retail environments, capitalizing on the existing brand reputation and consumer demand.
Like we do for all our clients, we started from the ground up in order to design the most effective solution for the launch of Clean & Clear Face Wipes. We conducted comprehensive research to understand consumer preferences, retail environments, and the competitive landscape. Based on our findings, we implemented the classic strategic approach of less is more. We created a few but extremely impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM) elements such as shelf-trays, counter top units, and parasite hangers. By maximising visibility and engagement in various retail settings, we leveraged the success of the Clean & Clear brand. and generated significant interest and sales for the Clean & Clear Face Wipes.
